On student results day, students receive the OxfordAQA results slips (also known as a candidate statement of provisional results).

The results slip shows provisional results. This is so that there is time for enquiries about results (eg reviews), late award claims and any results that are still pending.
Sharing results with a university inside the UK
Universities within the UK are aware of this system and are automatically informed of any grade changes through UCAS, the UK admissions service for higher education.

Sharing results with a university outside the UK
If students are applying to a university outside the UK and would like to confirm their results with that institution before they receive their certificate, OxfordAQA usually send the results confirmation to the universities they have applied in the word after each results day of the exam session though the AQA Results Share system. Admissions then receive the confirm the results.
If admission or application is required, students need to apply through the OxfordAQA centre they registered at to submit the confirmation of the results. Students need cover any costs if needed.
